[Shino was just walking around town or doing some other activity when BAMF! He was teleported. There's two ways this can go down:

A) Shino is teleported right behind you. As in. RIGHT behind you. He's just standing there mere inches away from your character just looming and not saying anything. Yup, this strange man in dark goggles and a hood with most of his face covered is just looming behind you suddenly with no warning whatsoever that he was approaching. He stands there for a few long drawn out seconds before saying "Hmm..."

If you want, you could instead choose to have him suddenly teleport IN FRONT of your character as well. They could be shopping, walking, eating, etc. when suddenly, BOOM. Shino in they face.

B) Shino was doing a little bug training and was just about to release his kikaichū in the usual swarm formation before he was teleported. This means that by the time he's teleported, they're going to be already out and just buzzing around EVERYWHERE. Normally they probably wouldn't spread out too far, but since he was surprised at the sudden change of scenery he loses concentration. So for a second or so until he recuperates, they're going to be on a sort of free roam mode. Meaning if he's teleported into your apartment or house, they're going to be all over the place. In your bathroom, in your clothes, in your hair. Sitting on the couch eating all your food. You name it.

Or, if you wanna be creative:

C) Both. He's teleported inches behind (or in front) of your character with swarming bugs suddenly everywhere. Probably mostly on said character.]

[But regardless, he's regained his composure. Calling back the buggies now.]

It is not sorcery...

[Jack raises his arms up, letting the insects move away peacefully. He watches intently, puzzled by both the man and his insects.] Then...how is it that you command them?

...

It is a family trait of mine. Everyone in my clan can do so.

Intriguing...[His attention turned from the insects to the man's sudden appearance itself.] Pardon my bluntness, but who are you and how did arrive here without my knowing?

Aburame Shino.

...

I am not sure. I believe it may be the Malnosso's doing.

[Jack bowed to Shino in greeting, the events with the insects not unnerving him in the least.] You may call me Jack.
[Rising up from the bow, he quirked up a questioning brow.] The Malnosso? The same party that brought us to this world?

That is correct.

I have not had any teleportation abilities, nor have I suffered symptoms of some form of amnesia until I was brought here.

Could this be one of those "experiments" I have heard people speak of in their journals?

[He nods.]

That is the conclusion I have come to as well.

Is there any way to counter these experiments?

Not that I am aware...
