Third Swarm || [Action]

[Shino was just walking around town or doing some other activity when BAMF! He was teleported. There's two ways this can go down:

A) Shino is teleported right behind you. As in. RIGHT behind you. He's just standing there mere inches away from your character just looming and not saying anything. Yup, this strange man in dark goggles and a hood with most of his face covered is just looming behind you suddenly with no warning whatsoever that he was approaching. He stands there for a few long drawn out seconds before saying "Hmm..."

If you want, you could instead choose to have him suddenly teleport IN FRONT of your character as well. They could be shopping, walking, eating, etc. when suddenly, BOOM. Shino in they face.

B) Shino was doing a little bug training and was just about to release his kikaichū in the usual swarm formation before he was teleported. This means that by the time he's teleported, they're going to be already out and just buzzing around EVERYWHERE. Normally they probably wouldn't spread out too far, but since he was surprised at the sudden change of scenery he loses concentration. So for a second or so until he recuperates, they're going to be on a sort of free roam mode. Meaning if he's teleported into your apartment or house, they're going to be all over the place. In your bathroom, in your clothes, in your hair. Sitting on the couch eating all your food. You name it.

Or, if you wanna be creative:

C) Both. He's teleported inches behind (or in front) of your character with swarming bugs suddenly everywhere. Probably mostly on said character.]

[Raph was just minding his own damn business at his favorite spot by the riverside when he gets the distinct feeling that he's not alone. He reels around to look behind him. First thing he thinks: Foot Ninja. The second: bugs. Bugs EVERYWHERE.]

[Hey, Shino, have a murderous talking turtle launching himself at you and trying to stab you in the neck.]

[Well at first he's quite shocked to see a ninja turtle leaping at him with WEAPONS trying to stab his throat, but his surprise is not enough to delay his reaction, and he very quickly jumps back to avoid it. Still that doesn't stop even Shino from WTFing at this whole turn of events.]

A--... a turtle?

[Raph skids across the ground in a crouch, kicking up dust as he digs his heels in and changes directions, lunging at Shino again, trying to slash at him with both weapons.]

[Where the hell was he? Why was he being attacked? BY A TURTLE NO LESS. He dodges the first two slashes, but the last one is going to nip him putting a hole in one of his favorite shirts and drawing slight blood. Yeah, he's calling bullshit on a turtle being able to move this fast.

Because he's a ninja from Naruto, he naturally has awesome jumping ability so he takes another leap back, TRYING to separate at least some distance so he could try reasoning... with a giant turtle. This seems like a splendid plan.]

[BZZZZZZZZZZZ! More Buzzing noises, Raph as a swarm of bugs start to slowly escape his body and surround him.]

[This is the FREAKIN' STUFF OF NIGHTMARES, dude. And what does Raph do when he's freaked out? He attacks more.

Switching his stance, Raph's expression darkens.]

Bring it on, Beetlejuice.

[Then he lunges again, this time with no particular plan in mind. He has no idea what the hell those bugs can do, but his skin is literally crawling already.]

[While searching for firewood, Jack finds a strange figure in front of him with a mass of insects crawling across the samurai. The firewood drops from his arms and he leaps back several feet, resisting the urge to swat and squash the bugs. Instead, he slowly and carefully brushes them off, attention only partly on the strange visitor.] What sorcery is this?!

[Just... give him a second to process all of this. Where is he? How did he get here? He contemplates for a minute if he's suffering from some kind of random blackouts and is losing huge tracks of time. Was this a common phenomenon around here?

Probably not if this guy was surprised about it. Of course he COULD always be a relatively new person. Hmmm.]

[Just as Irvine was about to step into the shower, something odd happened. As in, suddenly there was a person in the shower with bugs swarming everywhere around him. And that causes Irvine to jump back and grab the closest thing to cover up the vitals.
